assigned a dedicated Music Scheduling Consultant to personally serve
their operation, and oversee their support needs. You can reach your

Client Support Center
The Client Support Center is where registered MusicMaster
users can go to download the latest version of MusicMaster, view
training videos, or contact our support department for assistance.

MusicMaster for Windows Email Only Support is offered
to our clients free of charge. If you are operating on a budget
or confident enough to handle most issues independently, this
may be a viable option. We promise to respond to your question
within 24 hours or the next business day. However, our goal
is to get you the answers you need as quickly as possible.

Internet-Based Support and Training
We also offer Internet-based training and support sessions
using GoToMeeting software. This service allows us to demonstrate
program functionality in a way that allows you to watch
the screen on our computers. We can also set up a session
that allows our support staff to view your screen, in the
event you wish to demonstrate an issue for them. This option
is included for all users with a MusicMaster support plan
at no additional fee. Once you have set up an on-line session
with your rep, you just need to return to this screen and
enter the assigned meeting number in the box below.
